Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using DealJar) and Rebellion Ltd, trading as DealJar, a New Zealand company (GST 136-257-498). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

DealJar is an online CRM for managing leads, deals and customer relationships. We may improve or change features over time.

Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity in your workspace and for the people you invite.

Free trial

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. After the trial, you need a paid plan to keep adding or editing data.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in New Zealand dollars, plus GST. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, and new prices apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then won't renew. We don't refund part periods unless the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Don't use DealJar for unlawful activity, spam, or to store data you have no right to hold. Don't try to break, overload or get around its security. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide DealJar. You can export it at any time, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Availability

We aim to keep DealJar available and backed up, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Business use

DealJar is provided for business purposes. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, as allowed by section 43 of that Act, and the parties agree that sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply, to the extent the law allows.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using DealJar at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the courts of New Zealand. We may update these terms and will post changes here. Questions: dan@rebellion.digital.
